Hey thanks for the feedback, Reloaded. There was a time when I thought all I needed to do was just train and not care where or with whom as long as I worked hard... that may work for some but I actually need to work with someone I believe in and I got away from that just to go where a "friend" told me I should go, this worked out bad for me and THAT sucked my motivation away, that and a dispute with a long time trainer of mine which left me open to this "friend's" suggestions in the first place. I feel I've learned from this to just do what is best for me and tell those around me what that is when someone tries to enforce THIER plan on me. I have some real good friends who I trust and will take advice from anyday, like King, but then their are jackasses like this guy I listened too (who by the way believes in replacing all running with rope skipping LOL, Liu will get that one) who I should have told to go find some other slackey to sell his BS to LOL. Well, live and learn baby! anyway thanks for the interest and hang in there we all lose/fall from time to time (hell I know that real well, it seems everytime I start getting better even in class and sparring I eventually start getting destroyed again and go through plateaus that just piss me off LOL) but just keep training hard and giving it what ya can, it will work all out if you are honest with it.
