messican wraps are just 180' wraps, usually with a more elastic cloth material. Leaves you a lot of room to play with wrist/thumb support

That usually means it's broken. Like for real broken.

thanks for the answer Brandon. Yeah I guess I am going shopping soon for new wrapps.
Liu, I can't believe it is broke, cause I can still move it. the finger is sore a lot and very little pressure is needed to light it up. Maybe it is cracked or something?

There's different levels of severity of breaks. But the white light pain is usually significant of a break.

You have a point KK. It seems there is something "wrong" with the knuckle. It is getting better but still sensitive. I inadvertantly had a week break from training so the knuckle and shoulder and toe got some much needed recovery time. It was not "perfect" off time but there was no training to log.
I had a few family things go down, some conflicts with a business partner of mine, and a lot of extra hours at GNC. All I could do was to try and eat as clean as possible supplement for my injuries and try to get good rest during this stressful time. I did try to keep calm and stress free but I think some of the recovery got spoiled by the stress recently. I feel great today though and had a great strength workout at noon.
Monday March 3rd
strength training
LEGS
12 noon
warm up 2 sets of leg extensions and leg curls
4 sets of deep squats
1 set of explosive/jumping squats
4 sets of leg press (vary foot position)
stretch
felt strong today (not a PR's day by any means but it felt good to lift and I realy feel my body reacted well and will be ready for the return to full training)

No updates cause I have been sick as !#@$.
been fighting off a crazy flu since the day after my last workout when I did legs. It's crazy here in south florida. Everyone is coming down with sinus colds and stomach viruses. I guess it doesn't help that I am exposed to a preschool (I work at a library with a preschool next door, and have all the elementary and middle school kids coming in and out after school as well), I have a 2 year old daughter who constantly brings colds home from her daycare, My wifes 13 year old sister lives with us and she is always sick presumably from middle school, I work at GNC nights and weekends and there is always some sick person asking for remedies, and everyone here on sherdog should understand that training in weight gyms and BJJ gyms and Kickboxing gyms exposes us to some nasty shit! I never have a break! Oh well by the time I get through this one my immune system should be damn near invincible. I don't use antibiotics or get flu shots just nutrition and supplements (herbs and vitamins etc) so hopefully I am conditioning my immune system to be stronger with all this damn germ exposure! LOL.

Do I need to fly back down there and punch your immune system into shape?

No but I could use the help anytime. got some work in yesterday. here is what went down:
Tuesday March 11th
12 noon
Leg circuit training
3 circuit sets of leg press, seated calf raise, seated leg curl
3 circuit sets of leg press, calf press, seated leg curl, leg extension
2 heavy set high reps leg press
8pm
conditioning
1.5 mile run
20 min ab circuit (sit ups, v ups, leg lifts, crunches)
5min mits
10min heavy bag
stretch
just trying to ease back into it. still feel sick but not really weak. woke up this morning (wed mar 12) completely congested, sore throat, hacking cough, shit! I just took an immune flu fighting mix I put together of: elderberry, garlic, emergenC, Beta caratene, Greens drink(naked superfood), jackie chan's green tea powder, bioflavinoids, and a customcapsule I designed with: milk thistle, astragalas, fenugreek, and olive leaf. I am at war here.
