Starting Over (Evolution, Strength)

Without to much info I would like to say that my life has changed dramatically. I was working out in my garage but since I no longer have one(a garage) I didnt work out for a little while.

On the bright side I get to start a new life which isnt all negative.

The best part is a found a gym with a completely seperate area set up specifically for power lifting and olympic lifting. Squat racks, olympic platforms, seperate stereo, chalk, chains. I couldnt be happier with my gym.

I have a somewhat custom routine.

Mon/fri- 20 rep squats 1 push/1pull that varies by the week.

Wed-10 week Coan/Phillipi deadlift routine

EDIT

Thats how it started anyway. As a update because I dont want to Back out of it.

20 reppers from 135 (I started low) to 245x20 going up 10lbs at a time. So from 245 I am currently going toward a new 1rm.

When I started this I had just come out of a somewhat long layoff and jumping into the coan/Philipi deadlift routing (using my previous max DLift in the equation) was too much for me so currently I am working toward a new 1rm then I want to restar the routine.

Something I should have mentioned before

Previous pr's as of 12/26/07

Dlift 445
Squat 275(until now I have never really had a squat rack so I thnk I should be able to do more)
bench 225
squatx20 205
OH Press 205
BB Row 245
DB Row 135
Pullups- I have never really been able to do pullups except for cheating singles so just real bw pullups would be nice)
Dip-bw- looking to add weight
OH Squat135x15
Zercher Dlift 245

I am starting light so my body does'nt kill me from the 20 rep squats. So I am starting with a smaller weight and moving up by bigger increments.

squat
135x20 lol felt light but still was hurtin my legs pretty good the next day.

in a circuit

DB Row
75x5
100x5
125x5

dip
bw 3x5

decline situps
bw 3x5

then some grip work.

so I started everything pretty light and wasnt too sore except for my legs the next day. I figure I will start lower and move up quickly instead of starting too heavy. We will see how it goes!
