SHORT Term GOALS
pullups- 15
pullups +45 x6
db row- 110x6 (GOAL ACHIEVED 1/16/06)
dips +45 x6 (Goal achieved 2/25/06, nothings special wanted to make sure could still do it)
c.g. bench 220x6
db oh press 75x6 (GOAL ACHIEVED 1/16/06)
50 pushups (GOAL ACHIEVED 4/6/06)
curl 120x6
BB Bench- 255x3


new goal as of 4/11-
perform 50 pushups, 20 chinups, consecutively

Long Term GOALS:
bb bench-260x6
bb bench- 300x1
db bench 100x6
dips 90 x6
REHAB back enough so I can squat and dl again!!!





have done some of those before, going to test to see if I still can in the following weeks

my measure was 11.6. digital measure was 12.9. it is probably somewhere in the middle.

BOXING training today
shadowboxing
sight mits
heavy bag
jump rope
sittups

Conditioning is becomming less and less of a problem. picked up a lot of bad habits since lay off. need to work on technique and right (lead) hook to the body.

maybe somwhere down the line, right now it is just somehting i really enjoy.
as in i really enjoy running, lifting weights, and boxing, and they are all just hobbies for me.
