You training for training's sake, to compete in lifting, or improved performance in another sport?

I started lifting 2-3 years ago with BJJ in mind, however I quit BJJ some time ago due to time constraints. Currently I am only lifting for the sake of it, however I would like to compete some time in the future (I've never competed). I may also take BJJ up again if I find the time.

Your workouts look good. Though, I'm surprised you weren't warm enough for the 80kg after all the previous sets. Thoughts?

Also, just my own thing I guess, but I usually go about 5-10kg more on RDLs the Pulls. Just throwing that out there...
