well, my c& j reall isnt 207, its tech my pc & j. my front squat is that crappy. my clean is lile 185, mostly due to form though. i will make them kinda light to work on form

Eh? What's wrong? The hang power snatches at the beginning are just warm up, they don't show up in the template. The overhead squats also don't show up in the template, I did them instead of snatch balances, because I wasn't feeling the snatch balances (snatch balance = snatch drop).

I think they're awesome usually and I prefer them to overhead squats, but on that day I was too slow.
