Deadlift was not too hard. It was pretty ugly, but that was because my form was bad from all the oly stuff. I got it off the floor pretty easy, which is normally my weak point.

with that grip, when the bar is at the lowest position, are your forearms vertical, perpendicular to the ground? or in a little bit?
