Take, you plan on posting any vids of your Oly lifts? I want to get my form down and can use all the help I could get.

I will be posting at some point, I still need to post a Wilhelm's vid, but I'm not sure my form would give you pointers.

I think my PC form isn't bad, I'm sure there is something I could fix, but it's not that bad.

Snatch on the other hand I don't think is too good.

Send me your email adress, I'll send you a modified sheet that requires nothing of you besides entering you current maxes into a single and seperate sheet, the rest is done for you (the layout is also better).

04.01.2008 Wk 1/Day 3

Warm up

Hang Power Snatches
20*6
20*3
40*3

Snatches
47.5*3*2
52.5*3*3 (this was all pretty light)

Power Clean + Hang Clean + Clean
50*3
65*3*2
70*3*3 (I'm not sure whether you take time to really setup new with these, or rather do them quickly, again this was pretty light)

Squats
117.5*8*2
117.5*6*3

Box Jumps (supersetted with the squats)
35cm*5*3

Was supposed to do Snatch Pulls here, ran out of time.

Chinups
5*5

I don't find it particularly easy to clean right after snatches, need to get used to this.

I might be doing this routine, it's simple which I like. I don't know if Zero wants to see it, I believe Alan gave it to me a few weeks ago.
