I'm too lazy to write them up and a lot of it is done by feel anyway. It typically consists of gripper work (CoC trainer and #1; I don't own any higher grippers, although I may be getting a #2 soon), hex DB holds, leveraging and wrist roller. Plus, I actually posted the above post after the swings and stretching but before the grip work, lol, I wanted to cook dinner first.

LOL alright. I don't go too crazy into detail about my grip work either in my logs, just wondering if you did yours for the same reason.
