Net work out time is maybe 45-60 minutes. Warm ups on top of that. I train with one or two other people, alone it would be somewhat faster.

My next comp. is next weekend. Probably set modest/attainable goals of 110 and 140 for final attempts. "Success breeds success" as they say and I definitely want my first meet back to be a success.
