Very true. I started pulling last April, benching last summer and my first PL squat (i.e. focusing on technique) was in August of last year. So, I'm totally new at all this. Shiny and new.

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.

Damn straight I'll be working on that bench!

Squat - 405

Bench - 250

Deadlift - 450

First post has been updated with a leaderboard. If you have video of your current PR's I have linked them in your total. If I am missing any post them here. This will make it easy to see the lifts with one glance so you don't have to scan the thread or our training logs.
