People who have their forum preferences set to 10PPP should be banned from "page change" posts.

Also, if you ever can't see the next post, all you need to do is hit the "QUOTE ME" or "Go Advanced" button and it will show you the posts you can't see in the standard view.

Does the group have any form advice for me on that squat? Particularly on how to avoid that sticking point about half way up?

I got my blue Rehband knee sleeves. These things are serious. I might actually get a bit of carryover out of them.

The most serious thing I noticed was that you are breaking big time at the knees first. You generally look uncomfortable on the initiation of the descent, and you literally pause at the bottom which is killing your stretch reflex. Not sure how to get better at that other than focusing on pushing the glutes back to initiate the squat, and I've always dropped and popped back up pretty quick.

We'll see. They just feel a lot more substantial when compared to the 5mm version. I'm not looking for carryover from these. That's what the APT Convict Pro sleeves are for.
