The most serious thing I noticed was that you are breaking big time at the knees first. You generally look uncomfortable on the initiation of the descent, and you literally pause at the bottom which is killing your stretch reflex. Not sure how to get better at that other than focusing on pushing the glutes back to initiate the squat, and I've always dropped and popped back up pretty quick.

I've never noticed anything, they are definetely meaty so there might be 5 pounds or so but nothing perceivable.
