435x1 Squat (+10)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMs9WvxPnfI
Updated the leader board accordingly. Constructive criticism welcome. One thing I noticed is that my stance has worked itself closer, and should be a little wider right now. Also, the slowdown halfway up is odd. My guess after further review is that it is due to quad weakness. My power out of the hole is solid, which is usually where squats are missed. Front squats will be the order of the day.

Santa, you never responded to my second post. You were in before the deadline, but a) I don't see a training log here for you, b) I'm leery about adding white belts with no video or anything. Not that I doubt you, but I don't want people that are today gone tommorow joining and stiffing the winner.

You missed the deadline to enter, but since there really hasn't been any big progress, I will leave it other people to chime in if they want to allow someone past the date we set in the rules. Also, video would be good since I don't really know you.

Good lift. Arch that lower back as much as you can on the way up and fire the glutes HARD when you start to slow down.
Should enable you to pop the bar forward.
I tried the front squat think for a while and it helped but I don't think its a solution. It's just extra help.
Try to squeeze your glutes hard at that point and see what happens.

Zero, knee sleeves and knee wraps are two totally different animals.
Sleeves just keep the knees warm. They do not provide any support during the lift.
Wraps provide support for the knee joint during the squat and can add 50ish lbs to a typical squat.
No competitive IPF lifter uses sleeves. They all use 2m knee wraps. There are a couple allowed types.
Most common being the Inzer power wraps and the ****l black wraps. Again, 2m length limit for IPF.

Rehbands's or Tommy Kono sleeves are the most popular. Both will work fine. The Rehband's are generally held in higher esteem, particularly the old model of blue ones sold only at Jackal's (Chase linked you to them). They have more options for sizing so they fit up better and are of much higher quality in construction. I have both and like the Rehband's way more, but the Kono's aren't bad or anything.
