AS has NO excuses! (Weightloss and LOTS of Whining!)
I have been away too long. I have packed on the lard and the excuses, but no more.
I weighed in at 340 last week and I have lost 5 pounds since. My goal is to lose weight and get healthy through clean diet, weight lifting, HIIT, cardio, and no more excuses.
If I eat garbage or miss a workout then thats what happened and I have no excuse. I know that if I continue to make bad choices, then Iwill continue to be an weak obese slob.
It is my choice.

This is gonna sound rough, but I don't think I'd be doing you any favors by bullshitting you.
Dude, you're a fat lazy bastard. You have to fucking work to get up to 340lbs, that takes a ton of eating and drinking empty calories and not doing much excercising. If you were to try and tell me otherwise I'd call you a liar.
I guess the first step is cutting out the excuses, you're claiming to do that now, but now is the time to walk the walk. You've got all the resources you need, and all that's left is for you to do is FUCKING DO IT.
On a positive note losing 150lbs will make a man out of you and completely change who you are as a person. Right now you're a slob, but in a couple years you could be an inspiration to people. Be a man and make it happen. I would tell you good luck, but luck has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Who the fuck is this dipshit and why do I love him? You said it man. I guess I can add another name to the list of those that wil call bullshit on me.
Thanks for all the welcome backs. My interwebz access will be patchy for a bit, but my diet and exercise won't be. It is going to be pretty pathetic at first, but I should be back to respectable workouts soon.

That's a good attitude. I sincerely hope it's not just talk. I've been in the fat lazy bastard demographic as well, we both know it doesn't feel good, but I promise you being in complete control of your body does.
