Odin's Training Log

My training log:

Today was quite rainy so I didn't go for a run but here I am starting this log anyway. I'm at my parent's place so I have no heavy bag to hit... perhaps I could punch the trees...

Afternoon:
Warmup Routine: arm rotations, etc
Twists: 100 each side
Side bends: 100 each side
Forward bends: 100
Pushups: 39 reps
Bridge: 45 seconds
Upside down elbow crab walk: 60 steps + skinned elbows
Stairs: 10 flights

Evening:
Shadow boxing: 30 minutes

Mead flavor preference? (Chaucers mixed w/ Barenjager, myself).

Hail Brothers. I am, in fact, a Heathen (of the Jungian type) with a sworn oath to Odin.

My goals include building a kind of functional agility strength. I'm currently 205lbs and I use my bodyweight for all of my exercises. I'm not sure what my maxes are.

The mead I've had was a homebrew my friends made in highschool. It was great. Off to training.

I just remembered that I had to post my training for the 29th. It's been a little light lately, I know, but I'll get back to training hard tomorrow.

Warmup Routine: arm rotations, etc
Twists: 100 each side
Side bends: 100 each side
Forward bends: 100

Afternoon:
Warmup Routine: arm rotations, etc
Run: 10 mins

On the wood stuff, check my log occasionally. I firetend for a variety of festivals; pagan and otherwise, and may be able to offer tips.

First tip: Find a big ass log to flip end over end. It'll strengthen your lower back/ legs quite a bit.
Second: Carry uncut logs around Zercher style from place to place for core, leg, and arm work.
