no blue but my coach had to leave before my last match and before nogi b/c we had a guy fighting mma the same day/night. maybe this week, maybe not at all since i gave away the match i lost.

basically it was - TD to side, neon belly, mount, rolled to my guard, sweep, mount, repeat
