You're one strong SOB. Do you have any idea what your body fat percentage is like?

I've been able to get really low before...

somewhere between 2%-5% when fighting, and probably at that low during ranger.

Right now, I would estimate it's probably about 12%

If I were to cut down to 220 or so, I might make 7-8%

although I would lose a considerable amount of strength in my primary lifts..

my summer goal is just that...keep my deads in the mid 500's/lose some bodyfat/get my pullups to 3 sets of 30.

those are absolutely MASSIVE numbers compared to where I'm at. Great job bro, I'll be checking in on the log. Not judging or criticizing whatsoever, but why do you do pullups before your deadlifts?

Basically, it's my muscle physiology.

I can do a ton of pullups before my deadlifts.
But I can't do them well after my deadlifts.
Since I am trying to work pullup numbers, I decided to do them fresh; also they stretch my back--and don't really throw off my deadlift numbers.

This is the first day of this program...so I might switch the exercises (order) next week.

Nice lifting. I can't fathom doing 100 pull-ups in a workout let alone deadlift 600+. Whatever your doing your doing it right.

Are you going to post the whole program too?
