Nice squatting dude, I'm thinking of also doing my front squats ATG. But what is the point? Started going ATG today, granted they kick my ass but will it actually help me with my power squat much in your opinion and how do I integrate them into my routine better. So far I have been switching back/Front squats every week with a power stance.

Thanks guys
Well for me personally i want more functional strength and i am terrible out of the hole so i've swallowed my pride and worked this weakness. I find ATG Front squats will help your PL squats by making you better out of the hole, will help strengthen your core in a different way and helps teach "sitting back" into the squat which will all help your back squat.
It's a good tool to improve your back squat but if your goal is a big PL back squat i wouldn't be doing ATG front squats every other week. I would do them once and awhile as a change maybe every 3 - 4 weeks just to attack your body in another way.
