Didn't really have the energy today to go heavy on GM's and didn't want to risk deads so i thought i would do some higher volume squats

Weights felt really heavy today, need to get more time under the bar to get things flowing again i think. Started to get really tired at about half way but work up for conditioning.

Heavy Bag Rounds

Givng the right hand a go but keeping the punches lighter. Feeling a bit slow today but that's probably cause i'm tired

3 min rounds 1 min downtime 14oz bag gloves

Round 3: 1, 3 and lead left hook
Round 4: 1, 2, 3

Umm eating alot better, i'm in the low 220's now. Not enough sleep though. 12 am to 12:30 bed time and 5:30 wakeup means i'me sucking back energy drinks at work in the AM.

maybe i should just do more drinking...

Weight Training: 2 Day Split, Day 1, form work

Going to a cottage this coming weekend so i decided to switch to a 2 day split this week, had the GF's camera so i got some vids finally. Will have to wait till tomorrow to post them though. Immediate thoughts, squating seems to be ok except i am getting a bit too much knee movement forward and i'm not linking my glutes in with the rest of the lift. I also make a funny puffed out face when i squat, depth is solid though.

Bench immediate thoughts, bar travels back slightly before up, elbows come out too early.
