Leg Day
For some odd reason it seems everyone decided to go to the gym today and get in my way with their poor lifting. since i couldn't get to a real squat rack and i can only clean and press so much over my head thought i would give the squat machine a try, wasn't too bad of a machine as far as movement goes. then i thought i would add as much weigth as possible.
Run 1 km then strecth
Front Squat (clean weight from ground to start, as i had no rack. kept rest periods low)

135 x 6
185 x 5
205 x 4
135 x 6
Hammer Strength Squat Machine: These numbers just make me laugh
450 x 12
630 x 10
810 x 8 (maxed out machine...)
900 x 6 (tossed 90lb DB on top of it...)
1000 x 3 (tossed 100lb DB as well)
Leg Extension
265 x 12
310 x 10
310 x 8
Surprised that i am actually very sore already from the workout, but i guess i did do a half ton for a couple reps... man machines are retarded

Didn't have too much time today so it was a hurry up offense. Tri's just died today for some reason, even though i was using a really wide grip.

They were curling in the squat rack, and i am not talking about a couple sets to end a back workout which i would be fine with, this was a total bicep workout that day.
The 45lb frisbee of death would have been appropriate

Finally got back to the gym, been far too busy with school this past couple of days, and then next couple weeks don't look any better. Overall not the greatest workout but i feel great to have gotten to the gym again.

Still waiting on my shirt for that one...
i had it past knee level it was just slipping and ripping my hand apart so i had to put it back down, i normally have 405 now.
