Complex is a series of movments performed in succession. Do a search over in conditioning for some ideas


Once i can grip the bar properly i'll record my bench, i wanted to work on the suggestions ascendent gave you as i had similiar issues before asking for further advice

Progress not perfection, Standard. You should record the lift as is and then again after feedback.

Good day in the gym today, kinda surprised considering i was camping and drinking all weekend which usually does not translate to good lifting.

Not sure on time but i kept a good pace going i think, kept the spins between 30 - 36. Quads were not liking this after squats

Thanks i should have tried 365 but i thought i would play it safe and end on a high note. I've got to work on my speed about half way up as i tend to stall out a little

Weights felt really heavy today, need to get more time under the bar to get things flowing again i think. Started to get really tired at about half way but work up for conditioning.
