It's not that bad actually, you just have to pace yourself. I always want to spring sucicides from back when i played organized sports but this is alot more distance to cover. That's what killed me

Weight Training: Push Vert

Going to train harder and longer from now on, tired of my progress being lackluster. Feeling a bit tired today, not alot of power coming off the shoulders so i stuck with a lower weight.

SOHP
95 x 10
115 x 10
135 x 8
155 x 6
155 x 5
155 x 5
155 x 5

155 x 5

BOR (Yates)
155 x 8
185 x 8
225 x 8
275 x 6
275 x 6

DB End hold Side Laterals
30 x 8
30 x 8
30 x 8

Facepulls (high pulley, single)
80 x 8
80 x 8
80 x 8

AB wheel Rollouts
BW x 20

Shadow Boxing

Tired of the heavy bag, worked out in the nice cool and dark workout studio. Working on alot of things, jabbing while moving back and setting up a straight right, double and triple jabs coming in, advancing with combos and movement

3 rounds of 3 min with 1 min downtime

Dear Dumbass:

Don't run suicides the day before you try to set a new squat PR.

Instead - try to eat an entire pizza.

With disgust,

Enright.

If it makes you feel better i walked most of it...

It may hurt you to hear i've been eating better and going to continue doing more conditioning work. Instead of a pizza i had spinich and girlled chicken, today for lunch mixed veggies and salmon.
