Weight Training: Squats
Felt pretty good, still tired though, noticed my speed was down a bit from where it normally was. Didn't have to get home so i had some extra time to put into lifting which is a nice change from my 1hr or less workouts.

Nice and quick on the bag today, got stopped at the end by some guy talking out his ass. It's amazing how people think their bench will help them in boxing, and for the record if you knock someone out for 30+ mins he's probably dead, not knocked out.
