I might structure this just a little differently. The 185*10 seems a bit much. It's too much to be called a warmup, and not really enough to be a work set. 185*7 might work better there. I think I'd also bail completely on the 245*3. You're strong enough to be able to jump passed it, but not so strong that hitting it won't take a little out of you for the 275+ (Yes, "+").

Yeah looking back it wasn't the best scheme to move up to a max weight, anything with a + sounds good to me at this point, i hate bench

Nice deads. I'm horrible at DOH, 405x1 DOH seems pretty solid to me.
