4 x 3 min rounds, 1 min rest between rounds (14 oz bag gloves)
Round 1: Jab, doubling up and changing levels
Round 2: 1 2 combo, changing levels between punches
Round 3: 1 2 3 combo, hook felt solid today
Round 4: 1 2 3 2 combo, flowing really nice today

Weight Training: Pull
Rather crappy pulling at the end, all the reps before were nice and fast but 495 just seemed to throw my form off enough to prevent the lockout, both reps just stalled right out at the knees, i could have hitched it without question but i'm not going to lower myself to that kinda shit.

Burpees kill me, i was not ever designed to them so i thought i would give it a go. All done with pushup and a high jump, not a tuck jump but i tried to make them all count and as more than just a hop.

Brandon would be the coach but i haven't had instruction in some time. I've got enough of a knowledge base where i know what i should be doing but i am in some need of fine tuning for sure.
