Feeling really good with the light week last week, reps were nice and quick and form seemed to be pretty solid on alot of the reps as it felt like the weigth was about half of what it should be. Last bench rep was a bit of a fuck up, didn't come off the racks right so they were a bit closer to touch and go for the last 2 reps.

Felt good unde the bar today, went for 345 but did a nice bottom out on the safety bars of the squat rack which basically just ruined that attmpt, decided to limit my heavy sets this time to save myself with recovery.
