Weight Training: Squats

Lower back is still fried from thursday, and hurts like a bastard at the moment, don't think anything is pulled or injured just DOMSing pretty bad despite my attempts to warm it up.

Goodmornings/Squats
45 x 10 each

ATG Back Squats
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 2
345 x 1
345 x 0 (it was fail or shit myself, i decided on fail)

Pause ATG Back Squats (working on walkout, 3 second pause)

Well he did do alot of CHINS the other day... which is a big deal for a 175lb guy
