O fuck, I should've known. Any time I see Standard hate with no explanation, I should know t is due to the challenge of the month.

Good day in the gym today, weights felt really light today, could have handled alot more volume but i thought i would stick with my planned progression. Actually considering maxing after my first set because the weight went up so easily and my form remained spot on.

Continuing on with my progression, weights felt pretty heavy today, not too sure why but probably just one of those days. Still hit the weights and reps i needed but some of the dips were a grinders on the last rep

Thanks, with any luck i should be close to hitting 405 ATG squat in about 5 weeks, although i put my calculated max at about 385 at the end if i keep hitting my weights we will see

Make sure to get a video (and put in Misses log)

After my meet, I'm going to do the following squat cycle:

week 1: work up to 5rm
week 2: work up to 3rm max + one easy single
week 3 and 4: repeat and then
Week 5: single work up.
Then de-load and start again.
