Meh. I wasn't the only one to fail a PR attempt on Set a PR for Graedy Day, I was just the only one to send in the footage when asked.

Hmm. You think we should make Set A PR for Graedy Day an annual S&P event, regardless of whether Graedy is going in for life-threatening surgery?

Pretty good day pushing, even after going very heavy on the weekend. Nothing groundbreaking but keeping with my linear progression on dips and changing up with incline bench. Going to throw in a second push day, next one will be vertical.
