I think I sprained my middle toe joint. It's a fucking pain in the ass kicking when I guage the distance wrong, and it kills after I'm done training from being on the ball of my foot.


I'll deal I guess.

I also have an abnormally swollen knee that pains me quite a bit. Bone bruise or some shit.

Abnormally swollen knee = problems. Do yourself a favor: get a syringe, and draw some of teh fluid out. If it's blood.... You're fucked.

Nah I went to the orthopedic, they said it will go down. I just need to stop hitting it, so after this fight it should go down.


When you bruise your knee, your glands that produce a normal amount of lubricant, instead produce a lot to heal.

Hurry up offence today, had to get about 1/4" of ice off my truck, remove my throttle body spacer and hit the gym in 2 hours. Gym time was i think 50 mins total.

wow thats quite a bit on the incline. Do you do the close grip on the incline to or on the flat?

My hopes are that the increased ROM will pay divedends on my flat bench sticking point.

Weight Training

Was planning to do the 100 1 2 challenge today but i will do that tomorrow instead. Workout went well aside from my thumb hurting like hell, it came between some plywood and a frozen 45lb plate last night. Had some bodybuilder ask if i was on teh juice, i laughed at his question. He was also saying he want to a BB expo where they had a contest where if you could lift this "thick handled DB that weighed alot" you would get a huge prize pack (i think they ment the inch), damn it i want to lift teh inch.
