MMA Class
Had to skip on weight training yesterday, had a heater core to install in my truck... that was fun. Slow class today, my leg is still fucked up and i can't extend my foot more than half way compared to the other, i basically have a badass shin splint type deal.
Conditioning
All with my very cold 45lb plates, done 30 seconds on 10 seconds moving and 1 min rest between circuits. x 4
Halo's (overhead circle dealy)
Farmers walk
Duck walk
Squats
Russian Twists
Pylo pushups onto cinder blocks and down
Pistols (should be stand ups with DB's but leg wouldn't allow)
Wall Stand ups
Finisher (..of sorts)
60 V Situps
Spiderman across mats
16 Burpees
Spiderman across mats
then divide by 2 so 30 V sits, 8 burpees, untill 0
Side Control Escapes
Bring problem with our guys at the tournament, so we work the shrimp and a headlock roll over into a scarf hold.
General side control work, one guy trys to hold into side control the other guy wants to get out. simple enough
