There's only some ghetto ass "Gold Cup" pair on ebay right now. I was thinking about maybe grabbing these since they ask you to send a tracing of your feet: http://www.weightliftingshoes.ca/, but I'm still not sure of their quality.

Not too sure on Oly shoes, i've never really looked into them, ordering from the US is a good idea with the loonie kicking the greenbacks ass at the moment. I'm going to have a huge visa bill this month, got 3 church hoodies, from ironming, 1 trainer, a #1 a #3.5 and a #4 a rolling thunder, 2 sets inzer 2M knee wraps and 1 set 36" wrist wraps. not all for me though




Zero, all those were pause at the bottom, i very seldomly do touch and go. Although DB's may be a good idea

Damn i'm sore, long day coupled with body conditioning sucks ass. Ohwell i'm sure these lumps and bumps will go down shortly. On another note Brandon is made of bone, nothing but bone, it's like kicking skeletron.

Warmup
Running, 15 burpees, 60 V sit ups, 20 jump squats. 10 forward neck bridges, 15 plyo pushups, 10 backward neck bridges.

Body Conditioning
With partners, several minutes each area.

Inside leg kicks

Outside leg kicks

To ribs/lats

Across stomach

Shin to shin

Sparring
2 - 3 min rounds? something like that, very little rest time. Just working more or less my boxing and trying to get some more combo's working and hitting at different angles. Worked the OHR with some success as well as some good brazil kicks.

Taking advantage of the loonie being at $1.10. Did some grip work, nothing major but wanted to try the new grippers, the number 4 is like squeezing a rock. Can't wait to try the rolling thunder but i am going to have to find a way to connect weights to it as i don't have a loading pin and i am not going to spend what they want for a pipe with a washer welded to the end.

MMA Class

Finally made it to a grappling class today, sucked that i started eating after 7 though cause i felt like puking when Nate had me in a sloppy anaconda.

Warmup
25 Burpees cause i was late, probably my quickest burpees ever

Grappling

All Class, 4 min rounds, very little down time and had 2 breaks. Overall felt pretty good rolling, light headed to start things off but i think thats cause i had alot of gravy for dinner. Worked alot of transitions and different submissions today rather than sticking with the normal stuff, came up with a really weird kimura from the top using my legs type dealy. We also have alot of new guys in the 130-140lb range so i worked alot of transitions with them and trying to get them to work for moves and get in and out of dominant positions. I also think Brandon was close to tapping when i sat on his chest, he later got a triangle, while in the triangle i asked the coach how much time, he responded 4 seconds, i think it crushed Brandon to be so close and run out of time.
