Weekend is my only time here man, so we have to figure something out as i am very bored of working on my jab. I'll be staying in a condo that has a gym so i'll see how that goes during the week but as it looks goodlife will be the best option.

Day 2: Heavy deads
well my freind finally showed up to recieve his punishment, by that i mean that he had to do what is said for one workout, i would have liked it to be squat day but deads is a close second. I decided to destroy his core today, being the mean bastard i am. I destroyed my hand at 495 today, 4th time this year i lost calluses, well either way it messed up my following lifts mentally and phyically, i even tried with a strap on that hand to protect it and i just can't DL with a strap, its like DLing in a dress, just doesn't feel right.
