God damn my hands hurt, and my back hurts and hamstrings and hell i have bloody marks on my sides from my inzer belt. On the bright side i got them to cancell my gyn membership, so as planned 3 free months of lifting.

Weekend is my only time here man, so we have to figure something out as i am very bored of working on my jab. I'll be staying in a condo that has a gym so i'll see how that goes during the week but as it looks goodlife will be the best option.

OK so the "gym" at the condo i am staying it is a sad pathetic excuse for a facility, no free weights, some cardio machines and a universal gym older then i am. I'm going to have to find a solution to this problem quickly.

Decided to address my terrible bench with the help of NK, so i'll be trying a 2 a week bench when possible, i doubt i will be able to lift most weekdays untill i find a place to work out at where i am staying untill then i am going to be doing some conditioning midweek.

Day 2: Heavy deads

well my freind finally showed up to recieve his punishment, by that i mean that he had to do what is said for one workout, i would have liked it to be squat day but deads is a close second. I decided to destroy his core today, being the mean bastard i am. I destroyed my hand at 495 today, 4th time this year i lost calluses, well either way it messed up my following lifts mentally and phyically, i even tried with a strap on that hand to protect it and i just can't DL with a strap, its like DLing in a dress, just doesn't feel right.
