You should really try the phone next time, i talked to Josh last night and he had no idea about and car pushing or if we were going at all so i really wasn't expecting to run at 10

Weight training

Felt really good at deads today so i thought i would go for 455, didn't make it but got a few inches of the ground, this seems to be my sticking point, once i get it about +6" its not even hard for me. Any suggestions?

Yeah i found that thread earlier, should be helpfull, i'm also thinking about trying some behind the back deadlifts to engage the hamstrings to a great degree and bring them up to speed as they seem to be lagging a bit.


Brandon sounds good, hope the DOMS are not too bad tomorrow as today is squat day...
