This is wek 3 and its a normal week (4 days of squats). Week 4 is a lot of rest and then the last 2 days are leading up to a heavy single. Then, i think week 5 is speed work, and en 6 is max test. Or maybe i test it on week 5...not sure, but only have to finish up this week for the hard, intense part of the mesocycle. Which is good, cause its starting to hurt
