It's cool that that guy Test was at your gym. I used to watch him years ago when I was into wrestling. I've always wondered how strong some of those pro-wrestler guys are.

Well a few guys were talking how he had maxed out the lat pull down machine, how impressive that is i'm not sure i don't use that crap but i may try it once for reference.

If i see him lifting something retarded i'll let ya know but from what i've seen he sticks to machines. Not saying thats a bad thing, it works for what he wants from it, but its not a real good indicator or strength.

Shitty cleans and poor as pressing

So this seemed to be about my worst workout in months, just couldn't get shit moving today, didn't really feel bad but damn my lifts sucked. My buddy had the same problem, he had about the worst workout since he has been training, we both had a bottle of isopure before lifting, i was feeling very hungry so i thought this would help. Was it the source of my craptacular lifting who knows but its odd we both couldn't lift and had the same drink that we just tried.

Clean and Press (powerclean)
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 0 (not even cleaning the weight)
225 x 0

SOHP
135 x 6
185 x 3
205 x 0 (PP now i know somethings off)

DB seated OHP

70 x 10
70 x 8
70 x 7

Hanging leg raises

10
10

Side crunches on back extension
45lb x 10
45lb x 10

surprised how poor this workout was, normally with this little volume before DB OHP i manage the 80's to 90's but i was just dying today. Decided to work some of the ever so important "core".

100 x 1(R) 0(L)

Also played around on the lat pull down machine they had, seemed to really work the lats well as you kinda pull in an X fashion.... now if only i cared about BB. Also managed to sit on a nut, that should teach me for trying a machine. Bizarrio Test is strong, but i did a few reps at the max so its not overly impressive, couldn't rep out alot though so he's got me beat on that.
