Wait... you have a desk job, no? How the hell did you cut up your finger at work?

And how the hell did Brandon wind up weighing more than the Missus? That better be 20lbs of lean muscle you've added there, MacRea.

Pencil pushed back...

I had to build some racking and obviously we didn't have the right tools so i tried to tighten a wheel with the wrong tool, a second later and i had a "flap" on my finger.

Probably going to do some HIIT today instead of lifting, should be a push day but i don't want the added pressure untill it's all reattached

I have something similar. Great for boxing, not as good for Muay Thai (which obviously doesn't apply to you).

Conditioning

3km run time 13mins

Guessing on the time i started my watch a fair bit late. Run felt good, i should really do this every morning. Legs seemed to tire the most, specifically the quads. In other news the finger is looking better, the "flap" seems to have gained back circulation.

Weight Training: Squat

Finger felt like it was healed enought to squat so i thought i would give it a go, had my hand cramp out a few times cause i have to hold the bar with only 3 fingers and the index sticking up. Also used my new wrestling shoes and loved them, felt really solid squating and boxing felt good in them. The 305 set just killed me to get but i got it. 315 i messed up rep 3, had my left knee come in, reset then hit the rest.

ATG Back Squats
135 x 10
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
285 x 5
295 x 5
305 x 5 (PR i think)
315 x 5 (2,3)

ATG Pause Back Squats
225 x 3
225 x 3
225 x 3
225 x 3
225 x 3

Good Mornings
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5

Heavy Bag Rounds

Left hand only, felt kinda like brandon as my right hand was only for show. Hooks felt great today, not sure if it was better traction from using shoes or what but i actually felt like it had something behind it

3 min rounds 1 min downtime

Round 1: Jab
Round 2: Lead left hook/ liver shot
Round 3 1, 3 combo

Misses- I'll take a look at the fight, could you PM me the links? Digging through pages for it takes a long, long time for me

Stoney - No, definitely nothing lean or muscle-like about those extra pounds. Just general inactivity after another injury, and too much restauranting with the girlfriend. Working on it now, though.

Standard, stop supporting my man crush
