Once you get the cage I would suggest either buying a bench or crafting one. A cage, a bench, a barbell, and weights are really all you need to get big. Everything else is just gravy. Mmmmmm.... graavvvyyyyyy....

Oh ya, eat a lot too. Really... eat until you cant eat anymore. If you haven't already, read Carnal's Treatise on lifting located in the FAQ sticky thread. Take special note of the recovery section as it has some good information on eating and resting.

Good luck, hope to see some big numbers in here!

You make me feel strong. Thanks. When you get your real PR's up I won't feel as strong though. *Cry*

You want to close the COC 3 while your grip gave up at 225lbs? Keep reaching for the stars or put up some smaller goals first.

Yeah, downsize, my friend. Have you tried a #2 yet? I pull 525 and can't yet close a #2. Then again, you didn't put a time frame on that goal, so, hey... I guess it's certainly achievable.

Obviously, I will be checking this log regularly. Good luck.

Rock out, small fry. If you can push press 135 lbs you can do ATG squats with it. Either that, or you can just use two platforms of some sort to rest your bar on and walk out. I'd work with smaller weights first until you are sure of your form and that you can shrug the weight off backwards if need be. Whatever you do, don't lean too far forward or you might end up being totally fuckin crushed! Dying by squat is okay, but 135 lbs is not very glorious.

I've been trying to get you on sherdog for atleast a year. First, you turned your diet around and learned how to eat. Now, you're lifting shit and setting goals. *sheds tear*

It's about fucking time.

I knew I smelled Bacon's sex stank on this newb.

In all seriousness, I did think he was rather Baconish with his posting style. Another S&P dual personality?

Looks like a competition is brewing between you, Bacon and I. Our lifts are all probably pretty close except DL, Bacon's way ahead now that he's got some new plates.

Good luck lifting, your numbers are going to go thru the roof!

Nope. JK's my brother from another mother. If I was going to create an alter ego, I'd create one with a wilks of 400+. I think jk's wilks is about 12 or some shit...
