i deviated a little bit, I went to my uncles and did some lat pull-downs and 2 sets of dips. I had a new max on dips, I did 10 in one set, and got it on video, I will post it here in a little bit.

Saturday May 24th

Ab circuits

I started tr5acking my nutrition today, it almost 11:00 and I've taken in...

1140 calories
12.4g fat
100.6g protein
151g carbohydrates

and its from 3 protein shakes, cereal in the morning mixed with protein, and yogurt PWO.

workout A

I really focused on form today. I strained my abs doing heavier squats with bad form on tuesday. From now on I'm doing lighter weight, focusing on form, not just lifting it. I squatted my 5x5 today with 105 lbs, and I'm not even afraid to admit it. My next workout I will do 5x5 with 110. then 115, and so on. This is how I should have been doing it.

I'm using friday and Saturday for rest days this time. Tomorrow (friday) we'll be playing big ball with JROTC and that is just SOOOOOO tiring. i get a better workout from playing big ball than I do doing squats or running. So I'll be crazy sore Saturday and rest then, starting up again Sunday.

6/4 rest day

6/5 my knee hurt during squats, and to prevent permanent damage I stopped. I got my form down to what I should be doing, and will pick up again monday.
