My plan for training

Hi have plans/dreams of fighting in a Vale Tudo ruled amateur event before I’m getting to old. I’m sune 26 and I set up a 2 year plan to attain a fighting form so I’m not going to make a fool of myself in the cage… I have done some jujutsu before but I’m rather out of shape.

What do you think of this training plan?

First 6 months: Goal is to gain a basic conditioning and physics level. 5 training sessions/ week. 3 conditioning (mainly 1h on the conditioning bike, moving to jogging in springtime) and 2 weight lifting session. Done 4 weeks of this now, rather borring sometimes but I think I cant keep it up all the way.

Next: Start to train Technique/sparring for 1-2 years

I feel like I have a natural instinct for submission fighting (from judo/jujutsu) but I really need a lot of training in no-Gi grappling and shootfigting seems like the best option. But my main concern is my stand up that I never had any formal training in. Does regular shootfighting focus on enough standup or should I train some thaiboxing for pure standup skills? (asked this Q already in the Stanup forum)

Later:

More specialized strength/conditioning/Technique training
