My MMA training grappling striking lifting

i am 5'5 140lbs 17 years old
My goals i just wanna get stronger and better suited for grappling and MMA
monday
Bench 5x125 3x135 1x140
box Squat 5x225 3x245 265x1
power clean 5x140 3x150 1x150
15 pull ups
100 lbs leg extension 2 reps of 10
40 lbs leg curl 2 reps of 10
decline abs with 25 lb 2 sets 15
shoulders raise 20 lbs 2 sets of 10
tuesday
BJJ/ kickboxing 5-8:30
weds
Towel bench 5x135 3x145 1x150
dead Lift 5x 195 3x205 1x215
Invert bench 5x115 3x125 1x130
lunges 70 2 reps of 10
push press 90 lbs 2 reps of 10
lats 80 2 reps of 10
Rows 60 2 reps of 10
decline abs with 25 lb 2 sets 15
Jujitsu/judo 7:30-10

ended up working some today even though it sunday nothing big just a few rounds on the bag because i got bored. 3 rounds nothing great but i threw it up here anyway

just for record i am more than happy to hear incouragement ( of course ) or crtisism construtive preferably i a layed back guy my feelings wont' be hurt i promise

You wanted feedback so I must say that I have some problems seeing the logic in how you sets up the gym sessions.

What kind of ideas and philosophies do you have behind how you set it up?

lol whenever i have weights class at school, depending ont he week sometimes i have wieghts class 3 times a week other times i have it 2 times a week
