If you train like this more than once a week, you'll risk cns burnout and overtraining.

Definitely. Don't overdo it. Paqce yourself. And make sure to eat plenty of calories with this strenious activity.

Im in that phase where i want to jump this first plateau, and I feel its close. Went to get ready for some serious training today and realized i forgot to wash my jogging suit. I guess I will just chalk today up to experience and try to remember to wash my suit. Plus I will take an above posters advice and rest my muscles, I do not want to risk CNS burnout.
