Sunday 12/11/06

1 hour before training I ate 3 peaces of bacon 1 peace of ham and 2 yougurts

Bench press 3x7 53.5kg

One arm row 2x11 33kg

BOR 1x8 51 kg

Deadlift 3x6 83.5 kg

Bicep isometric 5x10 seconds 29.5kg

I think the bicep isometric exercise should be called brachialis isometric exercise because i was on http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/Brachialis.html and it said the brachialis becomes more readly active during isometric elbow flexion is this true so really i should call it brachailis isometric exercise lol??? i was also doing some research on it and the brachialis is ment to be the strongest elbow flexion muscle is it????????

as for the lifting i felt good adding on 1 more rep to the deadlift more weight on the isometric, bench press and BOR

1 hour after training i had stake and home made chips.

oar 2x10 36kg

bor 1x10 53.5kg

bi-2x12 secs 29kg

bench press 2x4 54.5kg

dl didnt do them i didn't feel right

Before training i had a hot bath and chicken and chips and low fat custard n yougurt pot. an hour before training

But i didn't feel right when i was lifting i just didn't feel energetic or strong, but i had a rugby match today that lasted an hour and i was going al out in tackles and did't get back home until 5,30 and i started lifting at 9,

was this because i was tired from the match or am i plateuing ( if that is how you spell it) well i got gains in the OARs and BORs but bench press i just didn't feel right i knew after the 1st rep by just adding on 1 more kg. whats wrong should i not lift on a match day???????????? its just i am trying to lift day on day off and another question i train everything in my training but are some muscle groups only ment to be trained 1 or 2 times a week eg biceps?????????????????????????????????

2/12/06

Deadlifts sets3 reps 7 weight 86.5kg

one arm row sets 2 reps 10 weight 36.5kg

BOR sets 1 reps 10 weight 56kg

Bench press sets 3 reps 7 weight 54.5 kg plus 1 set reps 3 weight 60kg

bicep isometric sets 4 time 14 secs weight 31.5 kg

I am going to change my routine a bit adding on squats with dumbells untill i get a new squat rack and I am going to do 2 sets of BOR as well, but I am getting steady but slow gains so I'm sort of happy.

For christmas as well I am gettin 2 20 kg plates does anyone have a link to a site where i could purchase 2 20kg plates for a reasonable price?????

benchpress sets-3 rep-6 weight- 56kg

Deadlifts sets-3 reps-8 weight-86.5

Bicep isometric sets-3 time 14 secs weight-32.5 kg
