my conditioning log
starting this thread so I can keep track of my conditioning progress:
I'm gonna be using HIIT, Tabata and some Crossfit WODs for this
June 14: "Isabel" (snatch, 30 reps for time): used 79 lbs and finished in 2:55

"Barbara" scaled down  10 pullups,15 pushups,20squats, 25 situps) 5 rounds: record each time for every round, 3 mins rest between rounds
