Smolov Intense Cycle Workout #3

Another sore day but only half as sore as wednesday. Damn my legs hurt, this sucks.

Was looking forward to this squat workout cause its the easiest one of the week but I feel like I got an injury coming on. I'll give the weekend to rest and hope to god it feels better on monday.

After 14 workouts, smolov has finally won

So today made me realize I need to take a break and fully recover my legs before continuing with smolov. The core of todays workout was supposed to be 3x 365 then 2x4 365.

I knew going into the workout that my legs were completely cooked but I still gave it a shot and after struggling with 365 I said to hell with it and need to take a break. Fuck you smolov.

Finally think the overtraining is subsiding... warm up weights felt real light like their supposed to, I just pulled a random workout out of smolov to test my squatting and went pretty good.
