Just a quick note of my shoulder condition: Last week it had a sharp shooting pain that messed the shit outta my workout and days after and today I could still feel it in my shoulder but not as bed. I can tell its holding me back in my presses and wish it would just go the fuck away but nevertheless here we go...

So today I looked like an idiot in the gym cause on my last set, 155x4, I was half way up the 5th rep when it starts coming down and I wasn't worried as I just pushed it toward my leg and picked it up, wasn't heavy but there was a kid that ran from like 2 squat racks down to come save me but I was like "no im alrite" and afterwords felt like a complete idiot
