So I hurt my shoulder last week during the workout and the pain somewhat subsided the past few days but today during the whole workout it was on fire and hurt like hell so I only got to do 2 workouts, and yes I hit a PR in pp and have no idea why I did with my shoulder's condition

Just a quick note of my shoulder condition: Last week it had a sharp shooting pain that messed the shit outta my workout and days after and today I could still feel it in my shoulder but not as bed. I can tell its holding me back in my presses and wish it would just go the fuck away but nevertheless here we go...

So today I looked like an idiot in the gym cause on my last set, 155x4, I was half way up the 5th rep when it starts coming down and I wasn't worried as I just pushed it toward my leg and picked it up, wasn't heavy but there was a kid that ran from like 2 squat racks down to come save me but I was like "no im alrite" and afterwords felt like a complete idiot

Concluded the day with ab work

So today's workout was a joke... so much that I didn't bother finishing it because it was too embarassing. This has been a hell of a week for me with 4 exams, university screwing me with housing for next year, lack of nutrition and sleep, on top of a bunch of other things. Today was the first time going to the gym for the week so I thought it might be a good stress reliever from the library when in fact just made me more pissed that I couldn't lift shit today.
