Pull- Quite possibly the worst pull day I have ever had... not focused, motivated or anything.
Deadlift

305x5 reset after each lift

305x3 tore off a callus on my left hand so bombed the remaining 2 reps
285x5 wrapped a strap around my hand and tried it, sucky but I guess got the job done
285x3 f'n hurt
If anyone has verizon, I recorded a video on my phone of my deadlift and want to get some opinions on my form so if you could I can send it from my phone, could also do through email on computer too

Upright Row - wasnt too heavy so didn't hurt as bad

5x285 Nailed 3 reps then failed the 4th and brought it down on the safeties... tore it down put it back up within 10-15 seconds wit my spotter and hit the other 2 reps so i'll count it.

2x20x45lb weight lunges only cause there were no way I was able to get 135lb barbell lunges done, but I wont pussy out next week

Missed workout yesterday due to heavy weather and exams, yeah college takes a toll on your gym schedule

Used a pyramid workout for bench press using 245 as my 5RM (estimated), highest weight is 95% of it and each set is 10% difference in weight.

Felt like throwing up today after doing the squats... basically dry heaving. But to my defense I ran on 6hrs of sleep. Just finding it hard to make a perfect gym schedule with engineering major but I'm getting by and getting better.
2 weeks ago I was doing 5x5 with 270/280 and now gotten up to 290 so I'm making progress and happy bout it.

Finally mastered the 5x5x225, so finally, after a long long time, I can increase the weight to 230. Before my log, i've plateaued for a while and was dogging the 5x5x225 workouts and could barely do them too well but things are finally turning to the bright side.

I know I know, really bitched up with my dip sets but I haven't done 5x5 bench followed with 5x5 push press together on the same day so I think they're taking a toll on my triceps but nevertheless still pushing them.

Grip Training
Held 100lb DBs (most in my university gym) in place because there isn't much room to walk and held for as long as possible. In my head was around 10-11 seconds for 3 times. All times after that were terrible.
