Finally mastered the 5x5x225, so finally, after a long long time, I can increase the weight to 230. Before my log, i've plateaued for a while and was dogging the 5x5x225 workouts and could barely do them too well but things are finally turning to the bright side.

I know I know, really bitched up with my dip sets but I haven't done 5x5 bench followed with 5x5 push press together on the same day so I think they're taking a toll on my triceps but nevertheless still pushing them.
