Vitor3000's BJJ/cardio/lifting log

So yea... I plan on using this log for constructive criticism for my workouts and to keep track of my lifting and progress.

I am 18 years old that weighs around 155(a pretty sloppy 155 meaning i still got fat with me.) Ive been training BJJ 3 times a week for 7 months and try to get like 3 judo classes in a month. I am off school for the summer and working off jobs at a warehouse and working part time at wendys.

First, here is what my schedule looks like so far:
Mon-BJJ at 8-10
Tues- Judo or cardio(running or something of that sort)
Wed-BJJ
Thurs-Full body workout(with weights)
Fri-OFF
Sat-No-gi BJJ
Sun-Full body workout(body weight excercises)

Second, here are some of my goals
-Better cardio so I dont tire from like 3 fights in a bjj tourney
-Become stronger and increase muscular endurance(dont know how my routine will work on this so comments are welcomed)
-Become faster and stronger on the ground and on takedowns
-Work on flexibility
-Stay at a fighting weight of 155 or under

My lifting is pretty much shit right now but i plan to work on it.

Aitez, here is my first entry into the blog:

light stretching
Bench press
-3x7 110lbs
Incline DB press
-2x8 10 lb DBs
DB lunges
-2x8 30lb DBs
Squat
-3x6 135lbs
DB rows
2x10 45 lbs dbs
DL
3x6 155 lbs
then some ab work

This workout was not really a workout since it was like my 1st time hitting the weights in around 4 months so it was almost just testing myself out to see how it feels and plus i just got a new bench yesterday.
