Moving North of Vag

After seeing all the support people get in a log, I definitely want to get in on this. So without further ado

Names Rob. From Georgia and I'm 24 (Sparking blue eyes, 5'8" and 180 if anyone is interested) and I have been lifting off an on since Highschool (00-03). Now when I say lifting, I mean that for most of the time I was a bench/curl and pull up type never did really any lower body shit because it took to much time.

I was in a motorcycle accident last November that took me out of anything for 6 months. I broke my back and wrist. I also dislocated all my fingers. I started the 5/3/1 to work back up to what I use to do in weights. I will be trying Godsens workout.

I will also get back into Grip training since my fingers/wrist are weak and I want to get back to grippers/2hp/bending..

My best were/are:
Bench: 250
Squat: 280
Deadlift: 405
Overhead: 160
Grippers: BBSM x 3reps
2hp: 148.5
Bending: 5/16 7" Oil Drill rod (a lot harder that CRS/HRS on the crushdown)
Levering: 10lb 36" handle to the nose

Thanks for looking this over and would love w/e comments/critique and honesty that I get

LS: Yeah I've noticed a lot of Georgians on the board. Hell now I know it won't be hard to find someone to lift with, as most people in Gwinnett love just curls/bench

Likkuid: Yeah I usually come around every once in awhile in here to see what most people are doing. A lot of strong folks here so, I love reading what they are doing and how they are progressing. I have/had a log over at T-Nation and IM, however I'm just kinda sick of those sites

Decline Sit-Ups:

Well today was a lot better than I thought. I thought their was no way in hell I was going to get 245x4 so I decided to put a belt on because my back was feeling tired from this weekend. I was suppose to do 1x8 on Front squats, however I noticed that my lower back even with the belt was fatiqued and couldn't keep my elbows up when going down and felt myself hunching over.

Will be doing levering later today and some stretching as I didn't have time and was running late

Well I definitely feel like I've gone to heavy. Next week I'm going to try and lower it 5-10lbs in all lifts as I got over anxious and ahead of myself. After the second rep with 235 I had nothing and it just collapsed on me for some reason.
Will look over my numbers and rethink them for the next cycle. Now off to enjoy a Combination pizza (:

Yesterday I ate 3/4 of a large pizza, a 1/3lb angus burger and a double quarter pounder with cheese.
