Moving North of Vag
After seeing all the support people get in a log, I definitely want to get in on this. So without further ado
Names Rob. From Georgia and I'm 24 (Sparking blue eyes, 5'8" and 180 if anyone is interested) and I have been lifting off an on since Highschool (00-03). Now when I say lifting, I mean that for most of the time I was a bench/curl and pull up type never did really any lower body shit because it took to much time.
I was in a motorcycle accident last November that took me out of anything for 6 months. I broke my back and wrist. I also dislocated all my fingers. I started the 5/3/1 to work back up to what I use to do in weights. I will be trying Godsens workout.
I will also get back into Grip training since my fingers/wrist are weak and I want to get back to grippers/2hp/bending..
My best were/are:
Bench: 250
Squat: 280
Deadlift: 405
Overhead: 160
Grippers: BBSM x 3reps
2hp: 148.5
Bending: 5/16 7" Oil Drill rod (a lot harder that CRS/HRS on the crushdown)
Levering: 10lb 36" handle to the nose
