MK53220 and Rosstraining! II

Just ordered the Infinate Intensity book so im just doing some of his free posting articles from his website. Rosstraining.com Im trying to drop down to 180-185lbs from a current weight of 210. I need to gain strength as well so I can scrap with some of the guys in my MMA class I shall be joining in about 3 months. I need to get my cardio up so I will be doing cardio running 2/3 days a week. Im looking for any kind of critique that you may have.

Weds:
Magic 50:

45lb DB snatches:
5x5 each arm

60lb DB Swings:
5x8 Double Arm

Burpees:
BWx10x1
BWx8x4

All I can say is that this worked my a$$. No other way to say it. I did the first set no prob. Only a 45 sec rest then after the 2nd set I was dying, only could do 8 burpees, and had to increase my rest. I can tell that this is gonna get me in shape.

Ok today I kinda did alot but I rested more then 45 seconds. except on the first series of exercises.

Workout of the week:
10 Burpees
5 Pullups
8 Burpees
10 pushups
10 Medi Ball Throws

After the first one I rested 45 seconds and went to the second one but after that I was suckin wind. So It took me about a minute and a minute and a half for resting for the rest of them.

After that I rested cause my buddy called me soft for doing it so I sat and watched him suck wind. Got boring so I did some others

3 Sets of (with about a 1.5minutes of rest in between):
30 sec of BW Wall squats
5x 35lb DB Hang Snatches (each Arm)

Then....

Tried getting use to the Work Capicity 101

5 Pullups
10 Medi Ball Slams
10 Burpees
20 Jumping Jacks

By this point Im winded. Took about a 3 minute break did it again. After that Im done
